Provision of Hotel Services (Accommodation and Related Services)

NDEBUMOG intends to conduct a training activity for CSOs within the component of our Strategic Partnership Project.

2. Hospitality service providers in our database, prequalified for this category of services, are hereby, requested to send in bids/tenders for training service. Location is Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.

3. Scope of Service

• The scope of this service is to provide accommodation and related services thus:
• Provide Accommodation for organization’s officials and other stakeholders for a civil society training activity for Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
• Provide Lunch for officials of our organization and other stakeholders during this training activity.
• Provide Tea/Coffee with Snacks during this training activity.    
• Agree with NDEBUMOG on effectiveness of security and related welfare for our stakeholders during this training activity.
• Provide additional services and guarantees, as may be requested, for successful implementation of this activity.

4. Requirements/Method for submission

• Bids must be inclusive of normal/discounted room rates (in categories) or collapsible rates for rooms, provided, such collapsible rates are for superior categories of rooms, which are inclusive of double-rooms, suites etc. PLEASE TAKE NOTE!
• Banqueting component should state categories of halls and their rates, availability of supplementary services, if any- (PAS, projector, flip chat stand) or otherwise, and cost for Buffet Lunch or Plated Lunch, including, full details for Lunch Pack or optional choices.
• Bids must be accompanied with guarantee of effective security at the location for the safety and security of our stakeholders. Service manpower guarantee also necessary.
• Bids should be sent on a SEALED ENVELOPE and mark “Bid for SPP Civil Society Training Hotel Services” with a submission, either, physically at our Head Office. It can also be sent by email with subject=BID FOR SPP’s CIVIL SOCIETY TRAINING HOTEL SERVICES, and should be sent to: procurement.services@nigerdeltabudget.org
• This Service Request is for Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
• Tariff sheets and fliers, which are sent formally as a bid, may be accepted, provided; all the necessary details are contained therein. Please use additional option to provide information, which may not be contained in your fliers, if need be.
• Bid accepted and those rejected shall be communicated formally.

All Bids must be received by 12: 00PM on Thursday 27th October, 2016.
