- Niger Delta Budget Monitoring Group intends to conduct a one day sensitization town hall meeting for community stakeholders’ within F4D’s cluster. The event is to enhance capacity of community stakeholders in public finance expenditure monitoring, evaluation, basic economic literacy, budget, lobbying and influencing, among others.
- Hospitality service providers, which are already registered in our database and prequalified for this category of services, are hereby, requested to send in bids/tenders for this services and related matters. Location for these activities and related matters shall be at Lagos, Enugu and Asaba. Service providers under this category, which are not prequalified into our database, may complete our prequalification form at: http://localhost/niger-delta/services-vendors-prequalification-form/ and proceed to submit a bid, provided, such is upon acknowledgement of receipt of prequalification documents that meets customary method by our procurement department, which is free without any cost.
- Scope of Service
The scope of services to be provided is accommodation and related services:
- Provide accommodation for organization’s officials and other stakeholders during the town hall meeting.
- Provide lunch for officials of our organization and other stakeholders during this activity.
- Provide tea/coffee, along with snacks during this activity.
- Agree with NDEBUMOG on effectiveness of security and related welfare for stakeholders to be invited.
- Provide any additional services and guarantees as may be requested for the successful hosting of this activity.
- Requirements/Method for submission
- a)Bids must be inclusive of normal/discounted room rates (in categories) or collapsible rates for rooms, provided, such collapsible rates are for superior categories of rooms, which are inclusive of double-rooms, suites etc. PLEASE TAKE NOTE!
- b)Banqueting component of any bid should state a category for hall and their rates, along with availability of possible supplementary services, if any. Information about PAS, projector, flip chat paper/stand and associated costs for respective items, including, for buffet lunch or plated food in full details for entire lunch pack, which should be provided with optional choices.
- c)Bids must be accompanied with guarantee of effective security at the location for the safety and security of our stakeholders. Service manpower guarantee is also necessary.
- d)Bids should be sent on a SEALED ENVELOPE and mark “Bid for SPP II Town Hall Meetings Hotel Services” with a submission, either, physically at our Head Office or by email with the subject=BID FOR SPP II TOWN HALL HOTEL SERVICES and should be sent to: services@nigerdeltabudget.org
- e)Tariff sheets and fliers, which are sent formally as a bid, may be accepted, provided, all necessary details are contained therein. Please use additional option to provide information, which may not be contained in your fliers, if need be.
- f)Successful bid and those rejected shall be communicated officially.
