1. Community Stakeholders Training and Related Services Bidding/Tender Opportunity-1010400/SPP/1/05-Request for Bids/Tenders

NDEBUMOG intends to conduct a training activity for community stakeholders within the component of our Strategic Partnership Project.

2. Hospitality service providers in our database prequalified for this category of services, are hereby, requested to send in their bids/tenders for this training services. Location of training may be in Port Harcourt, Asaba or Calabar. Service providers under this category not prequalified into our database can complete the prequalification form in our website and proceed to submit bid, provided, such is upon acknowledgement of receipt of such prequalification details by our procurement department, which is free without any cost.
3. Scope of Service

The scope of this service is to provide accommodation and related services thus:

1. Provide accommodation for organization’s officials and other stakeholders for communities’ stakeholders training slated to take place at Port Harcourt, Asaba or Calabar.
2. Provide Lunch for officials of our organization and other stakeholders during this training.
3. Provide tea/coffee, along with snacks during this training.    
4. Agree with NDEBUMOG on effectiveness of security and related welfare for our community stakeholders during this training.
5. Provide additional services and guarantees, as may be requested for the successful hosting of this activity
6. Requirements/Method for submission
7. a)Bids must be inclusive of normal/discounted room rates (in categories) or collapsible rates for rooms, provided, such collapsible rates are for superior categories of rooms, which are inclusive of double-rooms, suites etc. PLEASE TAKE NOTE!
8. b)Banqueting component of the bid should state categories of halls and their rates, along with availability of other supplementary services, if any. Information about PAS, projector, flip chat stand and associated costs for respective items, including for buffet lunch or plated in full details for entire lunch pack or optional choices should be provided.
9. c)Bids must be accompanied with guarantee of effective security at the location for the safety and security of our stakeholders. Service manpower guarantee also necessary.
10. d)Bids should be sent on a SEALED ENVELOPE and mark “Bid for SPP’s Community Stakeholders Training Hotel Services” with a submission, either, physically at our Head Office or  by email with the subject=BID FOR SPP’s COMMUNITY STAKEHOLDERS TRAINING HOTEL SERVICES, and should be sent to: services@nigerdeltabudget.org
11. e)Please note the possible location for this activity.
12. f)Tariff sheets and fliers, which are sent formally as a bid, may be accepted, provided, all necessary details are contained therein. Please use additional option to provide information, which may not be contained in your fliers, if need be.
13. g)Successful bid and those rejected shall be communicated officially.

5. Deadline

All bids must be received on or before 12: 00PM on Thursday 9th February, 2017.
